A Note In My Inbox

Yesterday late in the night while I was working, out of the blue I get an email in my inbox. Ah! Someone has commented on my post. I went and read it and needless to say a gentleman had left a few good words for me. It was on a post of mine which I had written way back in 2007. It felt great. It just pulled me off my work and took me to a world which I love. A world of my hobbies. A world which I love – world of blogging. I remember when I was an avid blogger I had many readers. People used to wait for my next post and that really motivated me. In fact I have had many people writing to me telling me how much they have liked my posts and also how much my posts have inspired them. Women have loved what I have written and drawn inspiration from it. I know of a few ladies who have changed their perspective towards live. From a Bharatiya nari (Indian woman) who would quit work to please the ego of her man and for her family and fall into the bracket of the sacrificing women they have moved to becoming women who want to have identities of their own. This nowhere means that they are not dedicated to their family and husband. It just means that they are not only dedicated to their family and man but also dedicated to themselves.

These days I am back to the same old routine which any typical woman would do. I realize I need to spend more time with my hobbies. Thank you gentleman for dropping by my blog and commenting. It just reminds me that I need to start doing something which I love a lot – blogging.
